What Delegiert is

Delegiert is a preparation platform for German bureaucracy. A person describes an administrative goal in a conversation; deterministic rules and authorized backend code identify requirements, retrieve official information, and prepare documents. The product does not silently submit forms or represent a person before an authority.

Read by role

Founders and reviewers: principles, journeys, capability states, security, and decisions.
New engineers: architecture, repository map, API, database, providers, and testing.
API integrators: API, provider interfaces, authentication, errors, streaming, and idempotency.
Operators: deployment, operations, retention, monitoring, and rollback concepts.

Truth labels

Every capability is labelled Live, Synthetic demo, Implemented—not integrated, Planned, or Retired. A code path being present does not make its external vendor integration live.

System entry points

The public PWA and Sanic API share delegiert.werkstatt-76.de. Operations, slides, documentation, and OTA have separate deployments and trust boundaries. Postgres is durable data; Redis owns revocable sessions, bounded coordination, and task delivery where enabled.
